Pressure Seal Stationery

This product enables you to print onto a single sheet of paper and then have that same sheet fold up into a sealed document. It is produced using pressure sensitive glue, which seals the product when it is passed through a sealing machine. A very secure way of distributing information.

The standard configurations for Pressure Seal are:

Pressure Seal, Pressure Sealer, Pressure Seal Forms, OfficeMate, Online Pressure Sealer, PostMate 5, Pressure Seal Solutions

Z-fold
Because they can be simplex lasered, the Z-fold configuration is by far the most common. There are two standards; UK & European. The only difference being that the European form has a 4" central panel where the UK version has three equal panels of 99mm.

Off Set Z-Fold
This is similar to the Z-fold however the top section of the form is deeper than the others.

C-Fold
Also very popular but must be duplex lasered. Has the advantage over the Z-fold in providing almost a full sheet for laser personalisation.

V-Fold
With only one fold this is the simplest of the configurations and also the fastest to process. As with the C-fold it must be duplex lasered in its basic format.

Off Set V-Fold
This is similar to the V-fold however the position of the fold is not centre to the page therefore making one section larger than the other.

Continuous
Some high speed lasers use continuous forms. Pressure Seal can be supplied like this too. Mostly configured for Z-fold.

Pressure Seal forms are versatile and can be tailored to suit particular requirements. If you need to increase the width, alter the fold positions or customize your form in other ways then talk to us.
 

Here are a few examples of what can be done with a Pressure Seal form:

  • You can incorporate a laser proof window. This means that you could have a 'V' or 'C' fold that no longer needs to be duplex lasered.
  • You can incorporate a peel out card. This allows you to have a single or double fold card within the pressure seal mailer. This durable card can be removed by the recipient and kept for information or other purposes.
  • You can include a remoistenable gum on your Pressure Seal mailer so allowing a recipient the facility to read, re-seal and return the document.
  • A range of different sizes and papers are available for most of the above.
